What companies do BCI (State) background checks vs. NCIC (National?)?

I am wondering which companies do only a BCI (Ohio) Criminal Check of applicants, vs. An NCIC check (Nationwide) of potential New Hires.





I have a 3rd degree conviction that is worded as Possession Of a Weapon from 2006 in NJ and its complete BS, it was a BB gun in 'Plain View' and it says Knowingly and Purposefully Possession a Weapon namely BB Gun in violation of 2C:39-5... no time, probation.





What companies here in Ohio and elsewhere will hire me, who is hiring, and who runs BCI only and who will hire me and not care (ehat are some jobs for people with -real- felonies and i have to split hairs about how 3rd degree is not a Felony?)





My field is Cistomer Service and Information Technology, ive went to College for this.

It looks like the bad economy is not doing you any good at all. Employers are picky as the numbers of people looking for job are high.
