How do you open a 'third national bank and trust company' coin bank? (from about 1913)?

i collect banks and just got this one at an antique shop, but i can't seem to get it open.
How do you open a 'third national bank and trust company' coin bank? (from about 1913)?
Maybe you could go to ebay and see if there is something similar being sold. If so, you could ask the seller.

Reply:Check to see if it has a simple flat latch style of closure on bottom with a hole for a key. Insert pen knife gently - - - it is a lot like popping a door lock, mostly a simple bar inside that you slide over. If not a pen knife try tweezers.

Also try a product called 'Liquid Wrench' or Kukui Nut or Linseed Oil on any hinges or edges. Someone may have 'glued' it to seal it. Old glue can be removed with that pen knife.
