I am looking for the best national Home Warranty Service Company?
I was a realtor in a national real estate office a few years ago. We had four brochures for different home warranty companies in our office. I suggest that you contact any large real estate office and ask if they have these brochures (you might also ask two or three of them if they have any preferences and why). The prices do not vary by much from company to company and the services are usually about the same. The differences that I found were with the local companies that were subcontracted to do the work. The Warranty companies have local companies that contract with them to do the work. Sometimes the local companies are extremely prompt and other times the company may be 50 miles away and it may take days to get there and do the work. My experience with the company that we had was excellent, but ask a realtor in your area for some advice. They do not have an interest in the companies, but the packages are frequently added on as a sales tool when homes are on the market. Call a large company - they can give you the answers for your city. If you are buying one for your own home that you intend to keep - read the brochures thoroughly to see which ones best suit your needs. Some do not cover as much as others, yet as I said, the prices are all very similar. These are also renewable each year and are really a pretty good investment. We got our central heat fixed, some plumbing problems taken care of and a range replaced that could not be fixed (got a brand new one) in our first year after buying our home (an older home which came with the warranty). The year's warranty had cost the previous owner about $450 but saved us a whole lot more than that.

My daughter is a talented high school athelete. I want her to have the best chance possible to play sports at the college level and get scholarship money. Does anyone work for, or recommend Schneider National as a good starter company in Truck Driving?
I have already applied and waiting for a reply. I jus wanted 2 get a little more info about Schneider. Is it a good company? How extensive is the training? Do they just train you enough so you just barely pass the CDL exam or do they teach you EVERYTHING about the trucks and driving. I plan on doing O-T-R, because i LOVE to travel and see the country and what better way to do it than getting paid for it. I live with my parents, so its not like i have any home issues or anything. I jus wanna know if Schneider has a good Quality of Work, and the way the treat their employees.

Without mentioning the names of the companies which are working on National holidays, it is not possible to give the correct reply. You can file complaint before the Registrar of Companies of the State in this case. The Registrar will take immediate steps to see that National holidays are strictly made applicable to the particular company also. You may also file complaint before the head of the Labour Department of the State.

You can file complaint before the Registrar of Companies of the State in this case. The Registrar will take immediate steps to see that National holidays are strictly made applicable to the particular company also. 6) Look at their profile - created in the last 48 hours. Why? Because they get reported for this answers and yahoo deletes the accounts, so they just open a new one and send again until they are deleted once more!

I know I have the perfect commercial for a certain company but I have found it very difficult to present it to them. I don't want to just send it in because chances are someone else might steal the idea. I have enough confidence in my idea to fly across the country at my own expense as long as I know someone there would hear my idea.

If you really want to do commercials for companies, start an ad agency, get some local clients, do great work for them, then you will have a reputation that will let you get appointments with larger clients.
(I know, one commercial in the Super Bowl was done by "just people" as part of a contest. But that's just one commercial out the hundreds of thousands of commercial that run each year. It isn't the usual situation.)

No, no, no!
You need to get a floor-length, form-fitting dress. Nothing puffy and no mermaid dresses. Unless it is a very conservative system (NAMiss or American Co-Ed), you should have a slit on either side of your legs or in the front if you feel comfortable walking in it. Trains are great if you can walk with them. Whites and bright colors are usually winners. Stay away from browns and off-whites. If you are very thin, do not wear black. It will make you look too thin. (Vice versa if you'd like to look thinner.)
Halter tops and strapless dresses are nice as well. Occasionally, a regular-strapped dress will be okay. Google has LOTS of pageant advice. Jovani is a great company for national pageant dresses, but they are SUPER expensive, so check some out and look for similar dresses.

I tried over 15 opportunities in the course of 2 years so I have some great information for you plus a list of top 10 work at home scams!
I am a mother of two little girls who are actually tugging on my arm as I write this so I will try to be brief. Many people are looking for work from home companies. All the scams definitely create a big problem but also, there is a problem of people misunderstanding the difference between work from home "jobs" and work from home opportunities. There really are not work from home “jobs”. To get that you have to start working for a company in their offices first, then they MAY allow you to take the job home.
Most of the work from home opportunities that are legitimate offers are not an hourly pay type job. They are business opportunities that help you in starting your own business from your home. What you should do first is to decide if you are simply looking for an hourly rate type job or if you are looking for more of an opportunity for additional income such as what you would make in your own business being your own boss from home. Small home businesses have some small costs involved, less than $500 to start is reasonable and I would stay away from those wanting $1000-$5000. It doesn’t cost that much to start and run a home business so you shouldn’t pay it.
If you are coming across places that say free then I would RUN don’t walk the other way! They never are. I tried them many a times and 3 weeks later I had to buy this and 6 weeks later that. After 6 months these “free businesses” had cost me over $800 on average.
After trying 15 things I now work about 18-25 hours per week for a National Medical Healthcare Company. For example, they promised like 4000 students good seats at president obama's inauguration, but they ended up getting the worst seats, to top it all off, they had to dress in formal wear while the dress code there was casual. This trip was $2000 for the students, and the NSHSS did not pull through on their promises. On top of that, the tuition is crazy.

it doesn't have to be wrong per se. It would be wrong if much larger than, say, the industry average. Things will vary a lot between, say, the sales team at Oracle (pretty low t/over), those at L'Oreal (in between), those at Mars (quite high).
If t/over is high relative to the industry average, then this suggests management problem, problems with incentive programs, or simply bad products that don't sell so salespeople never make their bonus and leave pretty quickly. The first one (management) can be corrected but it will take time. The second is probably the easiest to correct. The third one is probably the toughest and longest to correct.

I'm over 50 yrs old, got a call and a mailer, said my annuity had matured, young well dressed male appears at my door earlier than time scheduled, introduces himself as a broker, his own company "National American Insurance", informs me, he can prove that my Financial Planner is stealing from me. You should ask for what you need. There's no way someone on here can estimate that for you, even if they have been involved in growing a chain before. Every business is different and involves different costs in growing.
Start by determining your goals for growth. How many restaurants do you want to build up front? What is your exit plan from the venture capitalists? What additional management systems, managers, professional services, corporate facilities will you need to expand your business? What will they cost?
Just like it was a single unit you were planning, multi-unit growth requires a business plan. Working through the financial portion of your business plan will help you determine what is necessary.
I'm curious to know if the name of your restaurant is "Simple Simon", as there is already a pizza concepts operating under this name that is currently in several states. The more the venture capital company invests in your company (money, expertise, resources, effort, time, etc.) the more they will expect in return. Be very aware of how the deal gets structured. What happens if your business isn't doing well? Do the investors step in? Do you lose control? How long do you have before they expect profitability? How long before you do?
Submitting a business plan to venture capitalists is a lot more involved than simply saying "I need $2,000,000." You really have to sit down with a sharp pencil in hand and work the numbers, the scenarios, the size, the scope, your target customers, your competition, locations, etc. You really have to have a plan in place. The plan will tell you how much money you need.

look in the "from" in your email and this way you will be able to see if it is genuine or not, more in any case this sounds like it is an advertisement from them but they will never send any one emails point blank so it may be that you have someone trying to phish into your account by trying to get you to respond, next time delete any emails that you dont expect

look in the "from" in your email and this way you will be able to see if it is genuine or not, more in any case this sounds like it is an advertisement from them but they will never send any one emails point blank so it may be that you have someone trying to phish into your account by trying to get you to respond, next time delete any emails that you dont expect

Is schneider national a good trucking company to work for and be trained if you have no experience driving?
i'm 35 yrs old and been with the company that i'm working at now for 18 yrs and this past year was terrible because i was transferred to another property, with the same company, after the one i was originally at for 17 yrs closed down, and i was wanting to make a career change to trucking but i don't have any experience, so can anyone help me out or know any good trucking companies that train or hire driver trainees. Also i do have a class A permit which expires in April. Thanks

I know a few drivers that if they had to move to another company they would go back to Schnieder. They work for a company based in Yakima. WA. this company will get them home every weekend, everyday if they wanted to. Basically they can get when every and how every they want to.
Reply:My son-in-law worked for Schneider a couple years. He seemed to like it %26amp; I didn't hear of any problems that he had. I'm not sure if he got his driver's training through them - I think he went to a truck driving school, %26amp; then went to work for them, or something like that. He's no longer truck driving. They got a lot of business when the teamsters (Yellow, Consolidated, Roadway) were on strike, and some of their customers stayed with them. I am wondering which companies do only a BCI (Ohio) Criminal Check of applicants, vs. An NCIC check (Nationwide) of potential New Hires.
I have a 3rd degree conviction that is worded as Possession Of a Weapon from 2006 in NJ and its complete BS, it was a BB gun in 'Plain View' and it says Knowingly and Purposefully Possession a Weapon namely BB Gun in violation of 2C:39-5... no time, probation.
What companies here in Ohio and elsewhere will hire me, who is hiring, and who runs BCI only and who will hire me and not care (ehat are some jobs for people with -real- felonies and i have to split hairs about how 3rd degree is not a Felony?)

Do I need to do a National trademark or just register my company name through my state?
I am starting a screen printing business, we will be doing majority of our business online. Do I need to do a national trademark through the USPTO or can I just register my company through my state? I would def. register through state. Another in-expensive way of making sure you keep rights for your logo and creations is to put them in an envelope and mail them to yourself and don't open it when u receive it. It is a common law copyright.
