Help locking for company to sponsor Indian national graphic designer ...?
It is not easy to find an employer who will sponsor an immigrant, especially within the time period. What he needs to do is to show his portfolio and apply to as many companies as possible. Many will turn him down because he has no SSN and work permits. He can also try applying to Indian companies (or Indian-headed business) to see if they are more sympathetic to him.
Who knows, one of these companies will take an interest at him and would want to keep him -- and help him by sponsoring him and applying for work visa whether it is H1B or employment-based immigration that leads to green card. It is not an easy process, and it he needs a lot of luck.
