Has anyone heard of a company called NTR (The National Trade Register)?

A company that basically charges building companies a fee to find them work %26amp; then takes a percentage of said jobs, you believe them because it's to their advantage if they get work for you, wrong! Problem is once they get your fee you never hear from them again, no jobs forthcoming or any correspondence of any kind! Asking for your money back is met with 'polite' hostility you are told you cannot claim your money back until the end of the year (so it nestles in The National Trade Register's account for a year) when you are then required to send a letter by recorded delivery to claim your own money back that they have taken fraudulently in the first place. Has anyone else out there had the same experience with this company?
