I am looking for the best national Home Warranty Service Company?
I was a realtor in a national real estate office a few years ago. We had four brochures for different home warranty companies in our office. I suggest that you contact any large real estate office and ask if they have these brochures (you might also ask two or three of them if they have any preferences and why). The prices do not vary by much from company to company and the services are usually about the same. The differences that I found were with the local companies that were subcontracted to do the work. The Warranty companies have local companies that contract with them to do the work. Sometimes the local companies are extremely prompt and other times the company may be 50 miles away and it may take days to get there and do the work. My experience with the company that we had was excellent, but ask a realtor in your area for some advice. They do not have an interest in the companies, but the packages are frequently added on as a sales tool when homes are on the market. Call a large company - they can give you the answers for your city. If you are buying one for your own home that you intend to keep - read the brochures thoroughly to see which ones best suit your needs. Some do not cover as much as others, yet as I said, the prices are all very similar. These are also renewable each year and are really a pretty good investment. We got our central heat fixed, some plumbing problems taken care of and a range replaced that could not be fixed (got a brand new one) in our first year after buying our home (an older home which came with the warranty). The year's warranty had cost the previous owner about $450 but saved us a whole lot more than that.

My daughter is a talented high school athelete. I want her to have the best chance possible to play sports at the college level and get scholarship money. Does anyone work for, or recommend Schneider National as a good starter company in Truck Driving?
I have already applied and waiting for a reply. I jus wanted 2 get a little more info about Schneider. Is it a good company? How extensive is the training? Do they just train you enough so you just barely pass the CDL exam or do they teach you EVERYTHING about the trucks and driving. I plan on doing O-T-R, because i LOVE to travel and see the country and what better way to do it than getting paid for it. I live with my parents, so its not like i have any home issues or anything. I jus wanna know if Schneider has a good Quality of Work, and the way the treat their employees.

National holidays are holidays for Indian companies also. Actually it is shameful to Companies to work on National holidays. Without mentioning the names of the companies which are working on National holidays, it is not possible to give the correct reply. You can file complaint before the Registrar of Companies of the State in this case. The Registrar will take immediate steps to see that National holidays are strictly made applicable to the particular company also. You may also file complaint before the head of the Labour Department of the State.

Without mentioning the names of the companies which are working on National holidays, it is not possible to give the correct reply. You can file complaint before the Registrar of Companies of the State in this case. The Registrar will take immediate steps to see that National holidays are strictly made applicable to the particular company also. You may also file complaint before the head of the Labour Department of the State.
Reply:Let them work at least on those days. The holiday concept is hard to understand unless it is just meant for a tired body and mind. Sunday is OK. The other days there is no meaning unless one engages in all seriousness sitting at home or out on the road singing peans or showing grief actively. If nothing is there to engage for the purpose for which the holiday is given let him or her work that again is good for the society.
Reply:Some companies like International call centres have to work even on National holidays. The call centre staff is entitled for only international holidays.
It would be certainly wrong if police takes money from such companies.

When I travel to the US from New Zealand, we go to either Dollar, Thrifty or Alamo, depending on their mini-van specials. We never have to pay for an additional driver. However, they usually must aslo have a credit card unless a spouse. Sometimes if you talk nice I have seen them waive that requirement at the counter.
